Shard Rörstrand Ostindia Floris
A pendant made from a Rörstrand Ostindia Floris plate. The pattern is based on a shard found after a ship returning from China in 1746 sank outside Sweden.
The shard has a smooth edge and a protective glaze has been added to the edge. It has a lovely blue colour with a large flower and leaves.
The pendant is 5.2 cm high (including the sterling silver bail) and the shard is 4.6 x 2.6 cm.
The chain is sterling silver and 50 cm long.
The pendant comes in a black gift box.
